History
Since its establishment in 2008, Rushton Atlantic has brought to bear its founding partners' combined experience of over 75 years in valuations specializing in structured finance, infrastructure and insurance.
Having previously built the leading global practice in structured finance valuation, the management team of Rushton Atlantic joined with Rushton International Ltd., the UK’s leading insurance valuation firm, to create Rushton Partners Group, a globally focused valuation practice serving the financial services sector.
In 2012, Rushton Atlantic, led the establishment of GAVAN, the Global Asset Valuation and Advisory Network, joining six companies on six continents to form an initial network of cooperation to serve our global clients and their international valuation needs. GAVAN’s global membership has continued to grow, with eleven members in 2017, increasing its geographic reach and technical capabilities.
Our founding partners combine extensive experience leading structured finance groups at other major valuation firms, as well as at client financial institutions. As such, the Rushton Atlantic team provides seasoned judgment and perspective with a dedication to client service and detailed due diligence, and prides itself on its historical record of supportability.

Management

Ken Kramer
Ken came to the valuation field by way of posts in corporate treasury and banking. He had established lease finance businesses for two large international banks in New York prior to entering the valuation business. After starting in business development at a national valuation firm, he and Rick Meyer moved their business to a global valuation firm where they built the world's leading structured finance valuation practice. Together with Rushton International, Ken and Rick established Rushton Atlantic to continue to build a leading practice in structured finance and insurance valuation.

Rick Meyer
Rick has been in the valuation business since 1979. He is in charge of the technical staff located in the Chicago, Illinois office. Rick and Ken Kramer began their partnership over twenty years ago in 1995 at a global valuation firm where they ultimately built the world’s leading structured finance valuation practice. Together with Rushton International, Rick and Ken established Rushton Atlantic to continue to build a leading practice in structured finance, infrastructure and insurance valuation and are developing the establishment of new emerging global markets within the international leasing industry.
